Program Acknowledgment

By participating in the 5-Hour Data Engineering Boot Camp, I acknowledge and understand that:

Data engineering and development activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to data loss, system failures, and security breaches.
Program staff and mentors will take all reasonable precautions to ensure security, but cannot eliminate all risks.
I am voluntarily participating in these activities with full knowledge of the risks involved.

Release of Liability

I, the undersigned, hereby:

Release and hold harmless the 5-Hour Data Engineering Boot Camp, its staff, mentors, and partners from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from participation in the program.
Agree not to sue the program or its representatives for any loss or damage incurred during the program, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Confidentiality Agreement

I agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, code, and materials shared during the program.
I understand that all program materials are for educational purposes only and may not be shared or distributed without permission.
I will not use program materials for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

Technical Requirements

I certify that I have the necessary technical prerequisites to participate in the program.
I understand that I am responsible for maintaining a secure development environment.
I will promptly report any security concerns or incidents to program staff.
